Meet bizzaro Rukaya

I am really enjoying my life. Honestly for the most part I always have. Even the bullshit seem funny to me. I have no regrets which sometimes seems arrogant to me but wtf. Its my life. I love to have a good time. I am a risk-taker in my personal life I like the thrill and freedom of my life. I am all out there in your face screaming whooo hooo! and loving it. I don't understand complacency. I am annoyed by boredom. SO I rarely get boredom. I love to go go go! I want to see the world and show my children the adventure of life. When I die I do not want to say" I wish I would have..." why? Meet bizzaro Rukaya: She is very laid back and quiet. She observes and listens to the winds. As extroveted and Rukaya is Bizzaro Rukaya is introverted. Bizzaro Rukaya is too serious. She is down right a snore! She is mean, bitchy and perfers to be alone.Bizzaro Rukaya plays it safe while Rukaya watches in angst. Do we all have inner opposites? I find that I am so true to myself it makes me a bit looney.

Starting the New Year

We all make New year resolutions on New Year's eve and break them by the 2nd or 3rd day of the year. I decided a long time ago that this method does not work for me. So instead I make a list of short and long term goals for the following months. Sounds better,right? Well it is. I set a list of simple goals for myself first; thing that I can easily do and feel accomplished. 1. Walk the dog for an 30 mins twice a day. Easy enough. 2.Color code my closet (again) 3. Give away old clothes and shoes 4. Pat myself on the back once goals 1-3 are done for 21 days 5. Go to bed at a reasonable hour Easy. Long term 1. Walk more Drive less 2. Eat one more vegetable a day. 3. Volunteer at a organization of my choice once a month :D 4. Lose 2 lbs in a month keep it off for the rest of the year! 5. Pay off one debt. Not bad. I can do this! Now you see how easy it can be to set simple goals. Once those goals are done set ten more. Now these goals are very personal and you should NOT share them with anyone! This is the most important part. If someone ask, "why are you eating raw veggies now"? simple say "would you like some"? They will not ask again. Ok. Have a great year
